Founder and President
Pam Kirby
A native of Dallas, Pam moved to Arizona 28 years ago and has called Paradise Valley, her home since 2002. Pam holds a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Master’s in Education Policy from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Accounting from Northeastern University. Pam held executive positions at Arthur Andersen, Marriott Corporation and, Frito-Lay, where she served as a finance executive for the Western United States until 2006. She is a CPA in Texas and Arizona. She served two terms on the Paradise Valley Town Council and two terms as a Scottsdale School District Governing Board member.

Lisa Lyons
Passionate about child development and education, Lisa Lyons's career spanned over three decades in homeschooling and STEM education initiatives. As a mother of seven and grandmother of ten, she dedicated thirty-five years to homeschooling her children from kindergarten through 12th grade, working closely with school officials and parents to enhance home education opportunities.
Lisa's diverse education, media, and community service background have always made her a dynamic leader dedicated to empowering students and families through innovative learning pathways.

Managing Director
Katie Ward
Katie was born in Michigan but raised in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Katie earned degrees in History and Political Science and a certificate in Political Thought and Leadership from Arizona State University. Understanding the importance of education, she continued her academic studies with a post-baccalaureate certificate in Paralegal Studies from Duke University. Katie’s knowledge of policy and politics led her into the political sphere, where she honed her leadership and team-building skills in the field and in the office on several campaigns. She worked as the Business Liaison in the district office of Congressman Paul Gosar and the State Approving Agency at the Arizona Department of Veterans' Services, helping to ensure veterans are able to receive a quality education.
